Buy direct online and/or give us a call, or email us with any questions about your ipu order.
If you order via email, when your order is ready we will send you an invoice with a link to a secure website such as PayPal where you can safely use your credit card online. Do not email credit card numbers.
SHIPPING
For most orders allow TWO to FOUR weeks from receipt of your order for shipment. We generally ship USPS Priority mail. Due to the care and quality materials used in shipping ipu, we must charge materials fees for packaging. For ipu hula, there is a roughly $5 per box handling fee. For ipu heke there is a $15 per box materials fee for sm-lg ipu heke, and a $20 materials fee for XL ipu heke. Please be sure to include a telephone number and/or email address so we can confirm your order and shipment date.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We want your Ipu or Ipu Heke to please you and we do our best to select the right “fit” at the time of purchase. We know a “bond” develops between you and your drum, and the size, sound, heft, feel, and resistance are among the factors that may be important to you. If you would like a different drum, we offer a Full Credit exchange within 30 days, or a 50% credit exchange within 3 months.
Please enclose a photocopy of your statement and any specific characteristics you’d like your replacement drum to have. (Shape, color, size, etc.)
Be sure to pack the drum very carefully and insure it for the amount you paid according to your statement. We need to receive the drum in good condition in order to provide full credit for your exchange. If the drum is damaged in transit, you may collect the insurance and protect your investment.
For mainland returns, UPS may be faster and easier in claims service, and up to $100 worth of insurance is included at no extra cost. For Alaska or Hawaii returns, the US Postal Service has the lowest rates, but the cost of insurance is extra.
