HAWAIIAN IPU PREMIUM GOURD SEEDS
These ipu heke and ipu heke 'ole (ipu hula) seeds are produced in our gardens, please specify ipu heke top, bottom ('olo) or ipu hula. Heke seeds can also be used for making bowls, large umeke, and other storage containers. 'Olo or bottom gourds can also be grown for umeke or storage containers as were used traditionally in Hawaii as well as around the world.

ALL seeds come from premium ipu gourds. These seeds are hybrids and hybridize easily, therefore, relsulting shape is not guaranteed.
HOW TO GROW IPU
To grow your ipu gourds, simply plant a few seeds in a warm, sunny location in well drained soil. Keep soil moist until seeds sprout. Upon sprouting, water every other day or when soil begins to dry. Plants will cover a 10x10 area.
